What gets deleted
- Your account: name, email address, mobile number, profile photo link and Google account ID. These are removed straight away.
- Your sign-in on this device.
What we keep, and for how long
- Records of your past rides (places, date, vehicle, fare and booking ID) are kept for up to 3 years for accounts, tax and disputes. They are unlinked from you, so they no longer show your name, email or number.
- Server logs are deleted within 30 days.
Before you delete
- If you have an upcoming ride, call us to cancel it first. You can’t delete your account while a ride is booked.
- You can sign up again later with the same Google account, but your old ride history won’t come back.
Can’t sign in?
call +91 92290 44221 or email support@champarancabs.online from the mobile number or email on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it’s you and delete it within 7 days. See our privacy policy for more.
